We’re now well into September, autumn is approaching at full speed and the children are well settled back into school for another term. There may not always be time to spend ages cooking, but that doesn’t mean that we want to scrimp on taste. This month we are making use of the changing seasonal fruit and veg and are incorporating mushrooms into our delicious snack, Cheesy Garlic and Rosemary Mushrooms with Mascarpone on Sourdough.
Whilst harvest is an amazing time for us all at Broglasco, it is also a fairly frantic one, so trying to find the time to prepare a quick and delicious meal for a very busy, not to mention hungry, bunch of workers can often be challenging. Luckily this August we have the perfect suggestion with our Broighter Burgers, and its a great one for the kids to get involved with too.
