Recently I got a call from the lovely Cherie Denham to say that I was on the front over of the You Magazine. Absolutely affronted as most of my friends will know, and with my two rehomed pups, Chance and Stella, we were asked to pose for Andrew Montgomery the genius that is behind the camera of this photo. All of Andrews photos are fabulous in the book, and each one tells a different story. If you knew the work, attention to detail, and lengths Andrew and Cherie went to - to create a truly authentic Irish Cook Book "The Irish Kitchen" you would understand why its doing so well.
Andrew and Cherie has now worked on two books together, and I was honoured when asked to be in their second book. The book is available online via the link below. Cherie and Andrew are both on socials and you can follow their travels, attend on of their book launches, or perhaps even see Cherie on a cookery programme.
I am also honoured that I can now call these two lovely people friends.
The book is one that you should certainly have in every home, but also one that is treasured by my friends near and far as the recipes just grasp a taste of home.
