- 2 tbsp Broighter Gold rapeseed oil
- 1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
- 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
- 150g cooked prawns
- 1 tbsp Broighter Gold chilli oil
- small handful flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- Gently sauté onion and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the paprika and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the prawns, chilli oil and parsley. cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with grilled sourdough bread and a big glass of wine!
