Smokey Chilli Prawns

  • 2 tbsp Broighter Gold rapeseed oil
  • 1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
  • 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika
  • 150g cooked prawns
  • 1 tbsp Broighter Gold chilli oil
  • small handful flat leaf parsley (chopped)


  1. Gently sauté onion and garlic in oil for 4-5 minutes.  Add the paprika and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add the prawns, chilli oil and parsley. cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve with grilled sourdough bread and a big glass of wine!
